Shop and donations

The books, films and items in the shop are sold by the association. Prices are in euros; shipping costs are shown before payment. Payment is handled by Stripe: the association never sees your card.

For a delivered product, you have 14 days after receiving it to change your mind: write to us, send it back, and you are refunded within 14 days.

Donations fund the association’s projects. It does not issue tax receipts for the time being.

Your data

The association only keeps what you give it: for an order or a donation, your name, your email and, when needed, your delivery address and phone number; for the newsletter, your email; and whatever you write to us. Nothing is sold.

Its service providers: Stripe (payment), Brevo (emails), Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting) and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot check on the newsletter form).

After a purchase or a donation, you receive the association’s newsletter, unless you unticked the box at checkout. You can leave it in one click at the bottom of every email; what it measures is explained, and can be refused, through the “Data collection” link in every newsletter. Orders and donations are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

You can at any time access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use: write to contact@reveurs-voyageurs.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
